An Unwelcome Package 2

Starring Madison Rouge

After Madison's attempts at avoiding her earlier punishment, she finds out that she has in fact made matters worse. Rather than just having to spend her sentence in chains, she is to be hogtied extremely tightly with lots of rope, and cleave-gagged to boot.
